In Your Face Slate of Mind
by Professor Spellbinder

This is UF Grant's Slate of Mind turned face up so all the cards are seen before one is finally chosen and shown to match the prediction that was written before the deck was even taken from the box.

A prediction is written on the back of a whiteboard (or chalkboard, if you prefer). A deck is shuffled, and then spread out face up. Six cards are freely chosen from among the face up cards and placed face up around the edges of the slate as in standard “Slate of Mind” routines. One of the six cards is then randomly and freely chosen by a spectator. The unused five cards are returned to the deck. The slate is turned around and it is seen that the prediction written on the back matches the card selected on the front.

Instructions are included for construction of the slate from hardboard or cardboard.
