How it Works!

Jingle! Jangle! Jingle! You enter the Magic Nook. At first it seems confusing and messy, but then you spot something you are looking for. Now, where can you find the Wizard when you need him?

Professor Spellbinder, Jim Gerrish or Yusif Tremil are always close by, but they never hover over you as you dig through their magic filled drawers or look things up in the Wizards' Journals. If you have a question, just send us an e-mail: But remember, we are not always sitting at our computers waiting to see who is going to e-mail us. We promise to answer you within 24 hours. You've found one or two items you'd like to purchase. You have VERIFIED that you are a magician. You click the PayPal buttons and enter your information. PayPal sends you an e-mail saying that your purchase has been made. So where are the Wizards now? Where are my purchases?

Even though it all seems fast, things are not done automatically at The Magic Nook. Your e-mail goes to PayPal, they send an e-mail payment to The Magic Nook, one of the wizards checks his computer several times a day and sees that an order has come in. He stops whatever he is doing and sits down to e-mail your pdf files or your on-line links. We promise to make all deliveries of purchases within 24 hours. The exception to this is if you order by e-check. Then the whole process is slowed down until the check has cleared the bank ( 3 to 4 business days). Once it does and PayPal releases the payment to us, then we're back on schedule.

Egad! Someone made a misteak! It's been more than 24 hours since I sent in my order! I got sent the wrong item by mistake! I tried to download my pdf file and it was all garbled in transmission! What do I do?

Don't worry! Contact us at and tell us your problems. Remember, we are not glued to chairs in front of our computers, but we'll answer your e-mail within 24 hours. Then one of us will sit at the computer and take care of business, correcting mistakes, yelling at the house elves, resending your files... whatever it takes!
